Project Description:
The project involves designing a 4-star hotel and obtaining the necessary permits for its construction in the Granada district of Riyadh. The work phases included creating conceptual design ideas and presenting them to the client, ensuring alignment with the regulatory requirements of the Riyadh Municipality and the Ministry of Tourism. Following that, complete design plans were developed and approved by official authorities, with follow-up until the permits were obtained and the full set of execution plans was delivered to the client.
