Project Description:
The project involves designing a hotel and obtaining licenses for hotel units in East Riyadh. The workflow included creating design concepts and presenting them to the client while ensuring compliance with the regulatory requirements of the Riyadh Municipality and the Ministry of Tourism. Subsequently, complete design plans were prepared, approved by the official authorities, and followed up to secure the necessary licenses. Finally, the full set of execution plans was delivered to the client.
